Darjeeling Black Tea FTGFOP 1 First Flush Blend is a first flush tea. It offers a delicate, fragrant aroma, with an intense, long-lasting taste. This tea comes from the Darjeeling region in northeast India, and is grown at an average altitude of 650 meters. FTGFOP designates the level of severe sorting of leaves before they are processed into tea. These initials mean that only the largest leaves are selected for tea production. This Darjeeling First Flush Blend is a blend of floral and fruity aromas, with a powerful, slightly acidic flavor. It goes perfectly with fresh pastries or sweet desserts. Darjeeling Black Tea FTGFOP 1 First Flush Blend is prepared in boiling water and requires a cooking time of around three minutes. We recommend using a tall cup to better appreciate its intense aroma and flavor. To optimize tea quality, use mineralized water or water with a low calcium content.
